Can I cancer my order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately, we can not cancel or make any amendments once you have placed your order. Please check that all information is correct before placing an order. Please also note that all sales are final. 


Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. See below for shipping information:
UK - (1-3 working days)
EUROPE - (1-5 working days)
USA - (2-5 working days)
REST OF THE WORLD - (2-7 working days)

We are not responsible for any additional customs taxes or duties you may encounter in your country. The shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for taxes & duties.


My item[s] have arrived faulty or damaged.
We’re sorry to hear this has happened to you. In this case, click here to contact us & we'll try our best to deal with this immediately. Please send us your full name, order number & an image of the damaged item(s) (unworn, with all tags attached).
Please note after review, we reserve the right to refuse any returns that are dissatisfactory.


I have received the wrong item[s].
We are sorry you received the wrong item(s). Please contact us including the following where we can help you further. 

  • Your full name & the email used for purchase.
  • Order number.
  • A picture of the incorrect item(s) you received.

 

I haven't received my order.
We are sad to hear that your order hasn’t arrived with you yet. In this unlikely event, please email us specifying the following where we'll be happy to get this sorted for you:

  • Your full name & the email used for purchase.
  • Order number

 

Lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for any packages that have been lost, damaged or stolen during transit. Once the parcel has been shipped it is now the couriers' responsibility.

What is your returns and exchange policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product you have purchased. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and in the state, they were received. The items should not be damaged, altered, or used.
