CUT OFF:
Any orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following working day - excluding bank holidays.
PROCESSING TIMES:
We process all orders from Monday to Saturday.
- Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT on a business day (Monday to Saturday) are typically processed the same day.
- Next Business Day Processing: Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT, or on a Sunday, will be processed on the next business day.
Important Notes:
- "Processing" refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment.
- "Shipping" is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your order after it has been processed.
- While we aim to process orders within 1-2 business days, processing times may occasionally be longer during peak periods.
SHIPMENT TRACKING:
All tracking numbers will be sent once your order has been shipped. You can track your order with the tracking information in your notification email.
Please check your junk mail before you contact Customer Service if you believe your tracking number has not been received.
TAXES & DUTIES:
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any additional customs taxes or duties you may encounter in your country, you will be liable for all duties.
To add, these costs differ from country to country, so we can't tell you how much this may be! The shipping courier may not release the package without payment for taxes & duties.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
WE DO NOT RESPOND TO POTENTIAL FRAUDULENT CASES.
We are not responsible for any packages that have been lost, damaged or stolen during transit. Once the parcel has been shipped it is now the courier's responsibility.
Unfortunately, if our carrier has declared the parcel delivered, we're unable to refund or resend any further packages. Any claim needed to be filed for the missing parcel will become the customer's responsibility.
